Here are a few photos of some of the fun we had today.   I see I neglected to get a picture of Gayle, sorry.....and you sat right beside me!    Also I noticed I forgot to bring in Jennifer's  (who had to work) swap.  I will post it later.   Boy, I am slipping.

Color Craze Saga

Some of you have already heard this story that I wrote for my downline meeting to help all of us learn the new color names.   I wanted to share it again for  fun!   Enjoy!   See if you can identify all of the colors.

  A Blushing Bride was walking down by Pacific Point when she could feel the Marina Mist on her face.  It made her think of the beautiful Baja Breeze she felt the day she was marching in the Poppy Parade.  It was the day they celebrated the Cajun Craze which commemorated the time years ago when the Rich Razzleberry came to town Riding Hood Red, his favorite horse.

  After this Wild Wasabe Event, people attend the local dance where the Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo are preformed.  It is such a Daffodil Delight!  Seeing the dancers Pink Pirouette down the lane while wearing their Soft Suede shoes makes the whole town River Rock.  And with the gals dressed in their Peach Parfait and the guys dressed in their Pear Pizzazz, it just gives the heart a Concord Crush.

  The evening ends with a treat of Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake, followed by an Early Espresso Toast.

  As the Blushing Bride continues on toward the church, she dreams of the wonderful rainbow of colors in her new 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog.  And as the patient groom awaits at the altar, he is confident she will use the beautiful colors to decorate their new home.

Talk about being relaxed.   Here Nita is just waiting on the rest of us to get our act together.  No one told her it would take forever with this group.
 
Awe, isn't she cute?  What wonderful girls to have as friends.   Nita and Sue traveled from the St. Louis area just to share convention ideas with us.   And to have a little fun, I hope.    We so enjoyed you girls.  Thank you so much for coming.

What actually goes on at a meeting of demonstrators?

Well, we try to see things on the brighter side.  And Jody decided to help us do that by bringing these wonderful glasses.  Above is Rosie, here is Gayle and below is Terri, Linda, Jeanne, Pat and Jennifer.

We call our downline meeting a SUD Meeting which stands for sideline, upline and downline.  Just look at these gals working their hearts out on our make and takes.   Aren't they adorable?

Well, we are off to a great start!  Everyone seems to be happy to be here, but Deb.  After she worked out her issues, she was fine.  She just needed a little coffee and chocolate!   We had a wonderful time making the CD Photo albums.  Each girl brought a Simply Scrappin' Kit of her choice.  You can see some of the finished projects below.  Alot of fun with alot of singing tonight.   Must have been that "Spiced Rum" coffee creamer.  Yummy!!!!
