Here is a good example of the Extra Large Two-Step Bird punch along with the Scallop Trim Corner punch.   Simple, but so sweet.

Eggcoutrements Set

We made this card at our Leo Hostess Club on Tuesday night.  Does it make you want to stand up and shout SPRING!   It uses our Eggcoutrememts Set along with a new love the Kaleidoscope DSP, our lovely Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon, Scallop Trim Corner punch and Scallop Edge punch.   We will be making this card in my March workshops.  So if you love this give me a call and book asap.

This card certainly does not show up as striking as it is in real life.  I used Saraha Sand & Elegant Eggplant CS and inks.  And of course my new favorite set: Vintage Vogue along with my other new loves the Very Vintage wheel and the Extra large 2 step Bird punch all  found in our new Occa. Mini Catalog.   We will be making these cards at Lara's workshop tomorrow.  Oh, added a little Dazzling Diamonds Glitter in the center of the flowers.
On this card I used the Cottage Wall DSP pg. 160 in the 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog and the matching window sheets called Flower Fantasy pg.169.  The set is called Refuge and Strength pg. 53.  Lara wanted to see different ways to use the window sheeting and here it is used as an accent across the card and held with a Circle Ice brad pg. 179.

Upsy Daisy

A good friend of mine named Carol sent me a beautiful card using this technique.  I am not sure what the technique is called, but you stamp your image with any color Craft ink and emboss it with clear embossing powder.  Then sponge around the image and wipe with a tissue.  Here we used the Bride Specialty Paper on pg. 158 as a background and our lovely Bashful Blue Satin ribbon.

Fresh-Cut Notes

Have you ever used these note cards?  We have 3 different designed die cut cards.  This one is the Fresh-Cut Notes and I sent these to my downline this past week as a reminder of our upcoming meeting.   So sweet and so easy to design with.  I used the Shades of Spring DSP and the Eggcellent Eggs Kit.  Don't you just love the little "bling" in the center?  I want a whole package of those things!  Actually we even "blinged" my granddaughter's cell phone last night.   Man, I am going to have to purchase several pkgs. just for the bling.

Eggcoutrements Set ideas

Well, this was fun!  I actually had a little time this week to play with this set.  I felt it went so well with the Kaleidoscope DSP and the Sweet Pea stitched felt flowers.  Here I stamped the edge with Pretty in Pink ink and then used our Scallop Edge punch.  I then punched small holes in the center of the scallops using our 1/16" punch.   And of course made a small medallion with the Scallop Trim Corner punch and tied Pretty in Pink Satin ribbon to add some elegance.

Friends 24-7

This is my case of the card on pg. 100 in the 2009-2010 Idea Book and Catalog.   It uses the technique called Poppin' Pastels.  Easy to make and has a lovely effect on a card.

Abundant Hope Easter Card

On this card I stamped on cardstock vellum with basic black ink and then colored the back with our Stampin' Write markers. Then I ran it through the BigShot using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder.   I love these polka dots, it reminds me of one of the white Dotted Swiss dresses my mom and grandmother made my sister and me when we were little.  I also put the Shades of Spring DSP behind it and then tied it with our Certainly Celery Satin Ribbon.  So delicate and beautiful.  We will be making this card in future workshops.

Love Bandit Valentine Card

I taught watercoloring using the Watercolor Wonder Crayons and an aqua painter.  This is such a cute set and the one I received free at Manager's Reception, so I had to use it!   I also used the Welcome Neighbor DSP that you can get free with a $50. order during SAB.  We then topped it off with Crushed Curry Dotted ribbon.  Sweet!

Love You Much Valentine Card

I wish this photo showed how striking this card is....just using Black and White!  And using the Polka Dot Textured Impressions Folder makes it pop.   Also Heart - shaped Sweet cups with a Dove Heart inside....yummy!  Wouldn't all of you want to receive this in the mail?
