Upsy Daisy

A good friend of mine named Carol sent me a beautiful card using this technique. I am not sure what the technique is called, but you stamp your image with any color Craft ink and emboss it with clear embossing powder. Then sponge around the image and wipe with a tissue. Here we used the Bride Specialty Paper on pg. 158 as a background and our lovely Bashful Blue Satin ribbon.
